Customer Service Department: This department makes all contractor assignments and customer appointments, conducts a number of surveys throughout the life of a job, as well as, enters loss data all using Triage's proprietary software system.
Estimate Review Department: This department ensures a comprehensive and accurate scope of damage for both the adjusters and contractors, manages the entire estimate review process, optimizes productivity, manages/monitors key performance objectives, and ensures quality/consistent results from all reviewers. This includes developing training and program material for adjusters, contractors, and employees - estimating/storm guidelines, Xactimate, and pricing analysis.
Payment Processing Department: This department reviews payment documents for accuracy, submits necessary documents for payment, balances batch payments, creates and issues invoices, keeps Triage's proprietary software system activities updated, completes surveys, creates weekly reports, maintains productivity requirements, resolves complex issues, and ensures that company policies and procedures are being adhered to.
