The First Choice Repair Program is focused on providing a highly qualified network of roofing, siding, and gutter contractors that provide a timely, quality repair solution. Triage reviews every estimate submitted to ensure that they meet all of our estimating guidelines including applicable industry and local guidelines, and manufacturer installation specifications. We have Field Coordinators that review the quality of work performed to further ensure quality and accuracy. We also monitor a specific 16 step process to ensure that all contractors meet our key performance indicators from initial inspection to completed restoration. This Managed Repair process allows us to provide extremely high quality results and provides the customer with an Outstanding Repair Experience. We also ensure homeowner satisfaction by not making final payment to the contractor until the homeowner is fully satisfied and providing an extended five year warranty on every replacement job.
