Triage Management Services, Inc. will be exhibiting at this year's International Roofing Expo. THis is an exciting event for all of us. For those of you that attended the Expo last year we hope that you stopped by our booth. This year we expect our booth to be even better. We are gearing up to be more focused on recruiting additional Qualified Contractors. We encourage all contractors to attend this exciting event. This year we will be located in booth numbe 3152. Metro Roofing has been a Triage Network Contractor since our inception. Metro Roofing has 9 offices throughout the country and is an expert in assisting customers with hail damage to roofing, siding, and gutters.
The company is owned by Mr. J.R. Emrich, who also serves on the Triage Advisory Council. When it comes to customer service, Metro Roofing doesn't just talk, they put their words into action.
After a recent hail storm, a local Oklahoma City resident had some work done by a local roofing contractor. After most of the work had been completed, the resident noticed that she was having significant leaking and inspected the roof. What she found was shocking. The roofer had not installed the roof according to normal roofing guidelines and actually did not complete the roof. Unfortunately, she had already paid the roofer and he was not returning her phone calls.
A local news team heard of the story and after investigating they called in local roofing expert, Metro Roofing. Mr. Emrich inspected the roof and found the obvious - she was correct in her assessment. Poor work and the roof had to be replaced.
After talking to the resident and seeing that she had no options, Mr. Emrich offered to install a new roof for her. He worked with a local supplier that donated the material and Metro Roofing installed a new roof according to proper standards and guidelines.
We would like to commend Metro Roofing and Mr. Emrich for his generosity and kindness.
